Who we are

Coldfire builds tools for generating synthetic training and evaluation data. This policy explains what information we collect through coldfire.ai and how we use it. Questions go to hello@coldfire.ai.

What we collect

Messages you send us. If you email hello@coldfire.ai, we receive your email address, name if you include it, and whatever you write.

Basic server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.

This site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

How we use it

We use your messages to reply, to set up early-access conversations, and to understand what people need from the product. We use server logs only for operating and securing the site.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it to train shared machine-learning models.

Data you share during early access

If you work with us during early access, any schemas, seed examples or datasets you share are used only to provide the service to you. They are not used to train shared models, and we delete them on request.

Please don't send us personal data about other people, health information, or production customer records unless we've agreed in writing on how it will be handled.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of providers to run the site and handle email, including our hosting provider and domain registrar. They process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services.

Retention and your choices

We keep correspondence for as long as it's useful for the conversation and delete it on request. You can ask us to access, correct or delete information about you at any time by emailing hello@coldfire.ai.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
